We believe in the quality of our products and care deeply about your experience. If you’re not satisfied, we offer a 30-day guarantee on all products.
How it works

Eligibility: Please contact us within 30 days of delivery at support@seed-foods.com with your order number and reason for the request.

First-time purchase rule: This guarantee applies to your first purchase of a given product and is limited to one unit per SKU. If multiple units of the same SKU were purchased, we will refund one unit.

Returns: We reserve the right to request the return of any unopened/unused product. Unless the product is defective or we made an error, return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

Refund method: Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
Non-returnable items

Final sale items, gift cards, and promotional samples are not eligible for return.

For bundles, the full bundle must be returned (no partial returns).
Damaged or incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@seed-foods.com with photos of the package and product so we can assist you quickly.
Subscriptions (Subscribe & Save)
You may change, pause, or cancel a subscription up to 72 hours before the scheduled fulfillment date from My Account or by emailing support@seed-foods.com. Changes requested inside the 72-hour window may apply to the next cycle.
