Refund Policy (Returns & Satisfaction Guarantee)

We believe in the quality of our products and care deeply about your experience. If you’re not satisfied, we offer a 30-day guarantee on all products.

How it works

  • Eligibility: Please contact us within 30 days of delivery at support@seed-foods.com with your order number and reason for the request.

  • First-time purchase rule: This guarantee applies to your first purchase of a given product and is limited to one unit per SKU. If multiple units of the same SKU were purchased, we will refund one unit.

  • Returns: We reserve the right to request the return of any unopened/unused product. Unless the product is defective or we made an error, return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

  • Refund method: Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Non-returnable items

  • Final sale items, gift cards, and promotional samples are not eligible for return.

  • For bundles, the full bundle must be returned (no partial returns).

Damaged or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@seed-foods.com with photos of the package and product so we can assist you quickly.

Subscriptions (Subscribe & Save)

You may change, pause, or cancel a subscription up to 72 hours before the scheduled fulfillment date from My Account or by emailing support@seed-foods.com. Changes requested inside the 72-hour window may apply to the next cycle.
