Use this anytime you want to thicken a hot dish
Ingredients
• 1 tbsp Pure Chocho
• 3 tbsp cold water or broth
Instructions
1. In a small bowl, whisk Pure Chocho with cold liquid until smooth (no lumps).
2. Slowly pour into simmering soup or sauce while stirring.
3. Simmer gently 2–4 minutes until thickened.
4. Adjust seasoning and consistency as needed.
