Creamy Vegan Sauce (No Dairy, No Flour)
Ingredients
• 1 cup vegetable broth
• 1 tbsp Pure Chocho
• 1 tsp olive oil or vegan butter
• ½ tsp garlic powder
• Salt & pepper to taste
Instructions
1. Warm broth over medium heat.
2. Whisk Pure Chocho with 3 tbsp cold broth to make a slurry.
3. Stir slurry into hot broth.
4. Add oil, garlic, salt, and pepper.
5. Simmer 3 minutes until smooth and creamy.
Use for: veggies, bowls, pasta, rice, or proteins.
