Ultra-Creamy Chocho Overnight Oats (High-Protein, Dreamy & Filling)
This is not basic overnight oats. This is thick, spoon-standing, dessert-level oats with pure chocho protein that keeps you full for hours and tastes like a treat.
✨ Base Recipe (1 jar / 1 serving)
Ingredients
• ½ cup rolled oats
• 1 tbsp chia seeds
• 1 scoop Pure Chocho protein
• ¾ cup milk of choice (almond, oat, coconut, or dairy)
• ¼ cup coconut yogurt or Greek yogurt (for extra creaminess)
• 1 tbsp maple syrup or honey (adjust to taste)
• ½ tsp vanilla extract
• Pinch of sea salt
How to make it
1. Add everything to a jar or bowl.
2. Stir really well (important so the chocho blends smoothly).
3. Cover and refrigerate at least 6 hours or overnight.
4. In the morning, stir once more and add toppings.
👉 Texture tip: If it’s too thick, splash in a little milk. If you like it extra thick, add another teaspoon of chia.
