Spirulina shake
Ingredients
- 1 banana
- 2 scoops of pure Chocho
- 1/4 cup pineapple
- 1/4 tsp blue spirulina
- 12 oz coconut milk
- Protein balls
- 1 cup peanut butter
- 4 scoops of chocho(pure, Lucuma, cacao)
- Vegan chocolate chips or quinoa pop chocolate 2 tbsp
- 1/4 cup honey or less depending how sweet you like it
- 1 cup oat flour
Steps put all ingredients in bowl and mix and make into balls set in fridge to harden
