Chocho Cacao Pancakes
Ingredients (1 serving / 5–6 pancakes)

2 eggs

3 tbsp SEED Chocho Cacao

1 small ripe banana
(or ¼ cup applesauce if you prefer no banana) -
1–2 tbsp plant-based milk (almond, oat, or coconut)

½ tsp baking powder

1 pinch of salt

Optional: a splash of natural vanilla
Instructions

Blend all ingredients until smooth and slightly thick.

Heat a non-stick pan with a little coconut oil.

Cook over medium-low heat, about 1–2 minutes per side.

Serve warm.
