• ½ cup water or vegetable broth
• 1 tbsp olive or avocado oil
• ¼ tsp salt

• ¼ tsp onion powder
• Black pepper, to taste
• Optional: chopped herbs (parsley, cilantro, scallions, spinach)

Instructions
1. In a bowl, whisk Pure Chocho with water or broth until you get a thick pancake-like batter.
2. Add oil, salt, spices, and herbs.
3. Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat.
4. Pour small pancakes and cook 2–3 minutes per side, until golden.
5. Serve warm.
