Chocho Lucuma Pancakes

Ingredients (1 serving / 5–6 pancakes)

  • 2 eggs

  • 3 tbsp SEED Chocho Lucuma

  • ¼ cup applesauce or pear purée

  • 1–2 tbsp plant-based milk

  • ½ tsp baking powder

  • 1 pinch of cinnamon (optional)

  • 1 pinch of salt

Instructions

  1. Blend or mix all ingredients until creamy.

  2. Cook in a non-stick pan over medium-low heat.

  3. Flip gently once bubbles form and the edges set.
