Chocho Lucuma Pancakes

3 tbsp SEED Chocho Lucuma

¼ cup applesauce or pear purée

1–2 tbsp plant-based milk

½ tsp baking powder

1 pinch of cinnamon (optional)

1 pinch of salt
Instructions

Blend or mix all ingredients until creamy.

Cook in a non-stick pan over medium-low heat.

Flip gently once bubbles form and the edges set.
